🏛️
Reentry Nonprofits
Organizations providing direct services to people coming out of incarceration

Before You Send

  • Lead with what their clients gain — not the platform. They're overloaded with pitches.
  • Offer a 15-minute call, not a demo. Lower barrier. Let them see the product on their timeline.
  • Mention it's 100% free and always will be. That's the first question they'll ask.
  • Reference a specific gap in their current program — record questions caseworkers can't answer.
💰
Foundations & Funders
Foundations, government grants, and impact investors aligned with clean slate + reentry

Before You Send

  • Funders read dozens of pitches a week. Open with what makes PTCS different — free, already built, already live.
  • Connect to their stated priorities — mention their specific program area by name.
  • Include measurable outcomes up front — screens completed, filings started, records cleared.
  • Veteran founder status is a differentiator — don't hide it. It signals mission authenticity.
🏛️
Courts & DA Offices
Diversion programs, problem-solving courts, public defenders, and DA reentry initiatives

Before You Send

  • Courts are slow movers. Lead with a narrow, low-risk ask — one pilot program, not a full integration.
  • Frame PTCS as reducing their workload, not adding to it — better-prepared applicants means fewer errors.
  • Mention AB 1076 specifically for CA contacts — automatic expungement outreach is still a gap they own.
  • Public defenders are your fastest path into court systems — find the managing attorney at county PD offices.
