By accessing or using Path To Work ("the Platform," "the Service") at any URL operated by Path To Work — including the career assessment, roadmap, resume builder, and any related tools — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and participants in Path To Work pilot programs. For pilot program partners (organizations), additional terms are governed by your signed Pilot Program Agreement.

Path To Work is not a licensed employment agency, staffing firm, vocational rehabilitation provider, or financial advisor. We provide career information and self-assessment tools — not professional employment counseling or guarantees of any kind.
The Platform is intended for users who are 13 years of age or older. By using Path To Work, you represent that you are at least 13. Users under 18 should use the Platform with parental awareness. The Platform does not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
There are no other eligibility requirements. Path To Work is designed to serve everyone — veterans, returning citizens, gig workers, new graduates, career changers, and anyone else who needs direction.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Path To Work and Path To Work shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of income, loss of employment opportunity, data loss, or emotional distress — arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
Path To Work's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed $0 (the amount you paid for the Service, which is free).

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Path To Work regarding your use of the Service and supersede any prior agreements.
