Path To Work provides a web-based career assessment, personalized roadmap, task tracking system, resume builder, and related tools designed to help underserved populations — including veterans, returning citizens, gig workers, and new graduates — navigate their career paths.

Your assessment answers and task progress are currently stored in your browser's local storage — meaning they stay on your device and are not transmitted to our servers unless you create an account (a Phase 2 feature).
Waitlist emails are stored by Formspree. If you join an organization pilot, your email and progress data may be stored on our servers using industry-standard encryption and access controls.
We take reasonable measures to protect your data, but no internet transmission is 100% secure. Please do not submit sensitive personal information through our platform unless specifically prompted to do so.

Path To Work uses browser localStorage and sessionStorage (not traditional cookies) to store your assessment progress and task completion data locally on your device. This data does not leave your device through the current version of the app.
If we add analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) in the future, we will update this policy and provide opt-out options.
Path To Work is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately at pathtoworkadmin@gmail.com.
